Fred Von Canon
Fred Von Canon is the President of Maverick Solutions. Before founding Maverick in 1999, Fred served in the US Navy and as a Senior Instructor at Oracle.
Fred recognized that there was a better way to provide training for both project teams and end users. As Software as a Service became the industry standard, Fred pioneered Maverick’s corresponding Training as a Service model. He is dedicated to creating premier training and custom business solutions and remains actively engaged in strategic innovation to ensure that Maverick delivers on its promise of world-class training, when you need it most.
Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
Diana Harney is the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Maverick Solutions and has served Maverick in various financial leadership capacities for 9 years.
Throughout her tenure with Maverick, Diana has overseen the integrity of all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and long-range forecasting. She has been integral in driving the company’s growth. Diana also epitomizes company culture in everything she does to support other departments – managing Human Resources, technology, facilities, contracts, and requisitions.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Spanish from Meredith College.
Vice President of Curriculum and Delivery
As Vice President of Curriculum and Delivery, Marcy Rossi develops and leads in the execution of strategies designed to successfully grow the Curriculum and Delivery team to meet the educational and learning needs of Maverick Solution’s clients. She ensures high-quality work is completed efficiently and in a financially responsible manner through the management of a meticulously designed results-oriented learning environment facilitating employee and company growth.
She brings to Maverick Solutions over 20 years of experience in technology firm management, having worked for and made substantial changes to IBM, Fidelity Investments, Red Hat, and, most recently, Channeladvisor where she saved the company $1.5M in operating expenses through scaling programs and processes.
Marcy holds a Masters Degree from Rutgers University, Bachelors Degree from UNC-Charlotte, and is PMP Certified.
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Greg leads strategy and oversight of sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. He’s passionate about teamwork and the drive to create raving fans at Maverick Solutions both inside and outside the company.
Greg’s background stems from nearly 20 years in sales and marketing success. He has created new sales and operational divisions from the ground up and guided the sales process for over one thousand businesses and Fortune 500 Brands. Prior to coming to Maverick, Greg has led sales and marketing teams primarily in the software vertical, with a focus in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Greg is a Raleigh native and a NC State Alumni.
